Small Batch Distillery and Epic Tasting Room
Back in 2014, we developed an exhaustive business plan to explore using the granary as a new distillery. Extensive financial modelling was developed, including EBITDA and Net Margin projections for the first 60 months of operations. That can be downloaded here.
We’ve also looked at the structural and architectural implications of bringing the building to a current, functional use. The top of the grain elevator was visualized as the most stunning drinking room around, with unmatched views above the town of Sandpoint, Lake Pend O’rielle and the Cabinet Mountains.
